The hotel location was acceptable. It was close to the Philharmonic Hall.

I was disappointed. The room was very hot, and I struggled to adjust the heating dial (it just wouldn't go down). I only stayed one night so I did not make a fuss. I found this frustrating though.

The spa was very nice, I think, and the breakfast was fine.

I was disappointed with my stay. I chose this place because of a concert on the same street. The room was small with a poor view. The bathroom was not good for me, and I was anxious about standing in a bath to shower. My wife even fell, though I helped her out.

The hotel room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. A king size bed offered great comfort. I slept soundly . I found the room design modern and clean. I did appreciate the blackout curtains,.

The wifi connection was inconsistent. I had some trouble streaming videos in the evenings.

The staff members were friendly and efficient at reception. The bar staff were also attentive (especially during peak hours). I thought the service I received contributed positively to my experience.
